A flagship Inventory & Point of Sale system built for Algerian enterprises. Features scalable architecture with real-time reporting, offline-first reliability, and modern MVVM patterns.
Algerian businesses often struggle with unreliable internet connections and complex local taxation rules. Existing cloud solutions were failing due to network drops, while legacy desktop software lacked modern analytics.
We architected an offline-first desktop application using JavaFX and Spring Boot, utilizing a local MySQL database that synchronizes securely when a connection is available. The UI was built using strict MVVM patterns to ensure maintainability.
The final product includes real-time barcode scanning, multi-warehouse inventory tracking, dynamic JasperReports for receipt generation, and a role-based access control (RBAC) system for employee management.
Deployed across 50+ retail locations, reducing inventory discrepancies by 94% and accelerating checkout times by 3x.
